I was asked by one of the lads at Bradbury's, who was trying to resolve the problems with my windows: Has anyone been in from the Council to maintain the windows, as your's are sticking and need some WD40.
I said that no-one has done any maintenance on any of the windows in the block as far as I am aware. He then informed me that we would need to be careful, because if the windows weren't maintained then they would be out of warranty.
