If anyone is concerned about the safety of their flat, Jo has been on Fire Service website and they offer a service for a 'Home Risk Assessment' and you can fill in an internet form to request this.
This should enable you to speak to the Fire Service directly, even though they declined to attend the public meeting.

I am a resident in Grafton House and the windows are a fantastic addition to the block. I can find no fault, thanks YHN
My windows are mostly fine, there is a bit whistling, and the bathroom window has not been fully sealed at the bottom panel. my problem was the workmanship of the contractors.
and the attitudes some residents are getting. but since The Fire service has not commented either way what are we to think?
